Seven years before the central storyline, he exposed Mikey’s illicit removal of his limiter, resulting in Mikey’s decommissioning and the dissolution of the Top Ranker unit. Dissenting members like Donatello and Turkey faced incarceration, while Kaburagi was compelled into service as a recovery agent, hunting bugs and retrieving their tracking chips.

His cyborg body exhibits purple skin and cropped gray hair, adorned in a white-and-gray coat and angular sunglasses. Within Deca-dence, he projects a humanoid avatar—a stooped, elderly figure with violet skin—retaining an authoritative aura in both forms.
