Alain Eloy is a Belgian voice actor born on December 12, 1966, in Hermalle-sous-Argenteau, Belgium. He is primarily known for his work in the French dubbing of animated series and films, particularly anime. Eloy is based in Belgium and works with Belgian dubbing studios, which are typically responsible for localizing foreign content for the French-speaking Belgian market.

Eloy has built a career by providing the French voices for a wide array of characters in popular anime franchises. One of his most prominent roles is as the third French voice of Roronoa Zoro in the long-running series One Piece.
