During the critical assault on Cain Madhouse's fortress, Gerald coordinates directly with Hank Henriette. Their initial tactical effectiveness against Cain’s forces falters when Northern commanding officer Martin Wall issues contradictory orders, disrupting strategy and creating vulnerabilities. Cain Madhouse exploits this opening, personally executing Gerald and eliminating a key tactical element in the Northern offensive.
