Description
Tomari Seto balances life as a police officer by day and an energetic fight commentator for Team Blackout's cardfights at Wonder Park by night, where she's known as the Screaming Fight MC. She self-proclaims to be "eternally 17 years old," a statement contrasting with her professional role. Her deep expertise encompasses nearly every Vanguard card and its effects, making her a knowledgeable presence within the team.

Personality-wise, Tomari is outgoing and loud, fitting her commentator role. She maintains a typically relaxed approach but can become serious in critical situations, like battling Masanori Iseki during the Team Blackout vs. Team Daybreak showdown. Younger team members Yu-yu Kondo, Megumi Okura, and Urara Haneyama see her as an older sister figure, though her actions sometimes cause them embarrassment, such as an unannounced visit to Megumi's school.

Her background features a significant connection to Zakusa Ishigame. Before he joined Team Daybreak, Tomari arrested him for delinquent behavior. She later introduced him to Wonder Park and taught him Vanguard, forging their foundational bond. They subsequently developed a romantic relationship and are officially a couple.

Within Team Blackout, Tomari served as second-in-command under leader Danji Momoyama during overDress Season 1. After Danji left to reconnect with Mirei Minae, leadership passed to Tohya Ebata in Season 2, with Megumi as deputy. Tomari remained a core member of the "Ragtag Bunch of Misfits," contributing to its found family identity based at an abandoned amusement park, offering acceptance regardless of background.

In cardfights, Tomari uses a Brandt Gate deck centered on the Set Order "Galaxy Central Prison, Galactolus." This strategy locks down opponents' rearguards using Aurora Battle Princess units, forcing extra costs for recovery. Her Start Deck, "Tomari Seto -Aurora Valkyrie-," highlights this prison mechanic with units like "Aurora Battle Princess, Seraph Snow" and the key order. Documented battles include a victory against Masanori Iseki and losses to Michiru Hazama, Haruka Soukawa, Megumi Okura, and Urara Haneyama across various fights.

Her role evolved through Team Blackout's leadership changes. While not directly involved in later shifts like Yu-yu Kondo assuming command in will+Dress, she remained a constant presence, embodying the team's ethos of camaraderie and mutual support during conflicts, including their opposition to Team Daybreak's tactics.
