Her condition confines her to a life-sustaining cyberpunk throne-like medical device, the Manage Machine, which incorporates sensory-dampening goggles. This machine mitigates her ability's detrimental effects. Though a Dual Kind capable of piloting Neuronoid mecha as a Head Diver, her physical state restricts this role to emergencies.

Sakura delivers cryptic warnings and prophecies through whispered narrations, previewing impending threats to heighten tension. Her father Shigeru partnered with Mode Warp specifically to secure the Manage Machine for her treatment, balancing corporate duties with her care.

Her familial ties extend to aunt Renais Kerdif Shishioh and uncle Guy Shishioh through Liger. By the series' conclusion, she enters a coma, remaining unchanged within the Manage Machine for ten years. Later appearances in expanded media like *GaoGaiGar VS. Betterman* introduce no new development or alterations to her background.
