Description
Ajit, a human male, began life in an orphanage before becoming apprentice to the phantom thief Calloway Storm. He possesses light brown skin, black hair featuring three yellow streaks, and amber eyes. His attire includes a pale tan t-shirt with yellow and dark red stripes, dark green capris trousers with yellow stripes, yellow-grey-white sneakers, and a dogtag necklace. Personality-wise, Ajit is generally friendly yet prone to forgetting names; he enjoys playful pranks but displays seriousness when confronting adversaries like Haavik or during phantom thief activities. He ran away from the orphanage as a child and was rescued by Storm from a dog attack, leading to his training in thievery. During a mission for Storm, Ajit discovered a Maze Gate and encountered the Aurelus Bakugan Pharol and Auxillataur in a temple. Though initially unfamiliar with Bakugan, he partnered with them after they defended him from Tiko. As the first Aurelus Brawler, Ajit debuted by interrupting a tournament battle between Dan Kouzo and China Riot, where Pharol defeated Riot's Maxotaur. After evading security, he received a Bakugan battle tutorial from the Awesome Brawlers and engaged in multiple battles with Dan, initially losing but later winning using Auxillataur. Ajit participated in the Bakugan Battle League, reaching the finals to face Dan again. After Storm stole Bakugan during the tournament, Ajit betrayed him to aid the Awesome Brawlers, resulting in Storm publicly exposing Ajit's phantom thief past and forcing him into hiding. He then embarked on a solo mission to return all treasures stolen during his time with Storm. While returning a museum artifact, he confronted a deranged and brainwashed Storm (influenced by Haavik), who aimed to destroy the museum—an act Ajit recognized as contrary to Storm's true nature. Despite the Awesome Brawlers' arrival, Ajit insisted on facing Storm alone. Using thieving techniques taught by Storm, he stole Storm's cane and activated Pharol's Baku-Gear to secure victory. Afterward, he voluntarily turned himself in to accept responsibility for his crimes. Following his redemption, Ajit was offered a chance at a normal life by Kravitz and fully joined the Awesome Brawlers team. In subsequent seasons, his guardian Bakugan shifted: Pharol entered slumber during Geogan Rising, leading Ajit to partner with Aurelus Pincitaur and the Aurelus Geogan Titan King. In Evolutions, Pharol returned in an Elemental-evolved form, and Ajit gained the Nanogan Lancer. Throughout his journey, he developed strong loyalty to the Awesome Brawlers, showcased in team battles and collaborative efforts like guarding artifacts. His relationship with Magnus included moments of concern for Magnus's safety and reckless behavior, indicating a bond beyond rivalry.
