Description
Satomi Tachibana, a high school student, possesses an intense fondness for eating—especially sweets and junk food. She experiences distress when her clothing no longer fits, prompting her search for weight loss solutions.

Initially, she tries ineffective methods like dubious online diet pills before joining Silverman Gym. There, she encounters classmate Hibiki Sakura, an existing member. Their shared gym experience forges a friendship built on mutual fitness support. Satomi commits as a dedicated client under trainer Machio Naruzo’s guidance.

Her original goal centers solely on shedding weight to wear her clothes comfortably. Yet consistent training sessions expand her fitness understanding. She learns proper exercise techniques, balanced nutrition beyond calorie counting, and physiological impacts of varied workouts.
