Arashi, the buck-toothed protagonist from the earlier series Game Center Arashi, becomes involved prior to the main events. He resurrects Fubuki’s father through unexplained methods, inadvertently discovering the father's plan for global domination. During this encounter, Arashi obtains the white Passion Panties and later passes them to Fubuki to inspire her gaming abilities. His actions establish the foundational conflict involving the Gyulassic Group and its leader.
