TV Special
Description
Michael is a young boy with advanced computer skills capable of predicting criminal patterns. His abilities lead Interpol to thwart Lupin's theft attempts, forcing the thief into temporary retirement. This expertise attracts the secret society known as the Three Masons (referred to as "Conquer the Universe, Inc." in English adaptations).

He is revealed as the son of Isabelle Silverman, the organization's second-in-command and the computer scientist who developed the "Neovirus." Isabelle initially poses as an ally to Goemon but conspires with Jimmy (Number 3 of the Masons) to seize the "Super Egg" diamond and eliminate the society's leader. After they acquire the diamond hidden within the Statue of Liberty, Jimmy betrays and fatally stabs Isabelle. Michael witnesses this betrayal and the subsequent release of the Neovirus, which triggers global nuclear missile preparations.

In the climax, Michael collaborates with Lupin to halt the Neovirus program, preventing worldwide disaster. His actions demonstrate a shift from enabling the antagonists to actively opposing them, leveraging his computer expertise for resolution.
