Description
Hestia, a deity within the fictional world of Orario, serves as the goddess of the hearth and leader of the Hestia Familia. Standing 140 cm tall, she sports long black twin-tails adorned with blue bell-shaped accessories gifted by Bell Cranel, paired with a signature white dress accentuated by a blue ribbon beneath her chest and around her arms. This design, drawing attention to her prominent bust, solidified her iconic status in fan communities.

Initially residing with Hephaestus, Hestia was forced into independence after her freeloading strained their arrangement. Her early efforts to recruit adventurers met consistent failure, with over 50 rejections, until she crossed paths with Bell Cranel—a novice adventurer equally dismissed by others. Their partnership birthed the Hestia Familia, marking Bell as its first and sole member.

Combining vibrant cheerfulness with fierce loyalty, Hestia exhibits a tireless work ethic, juggling multiple jobs to settle debts from financing Bell’s equipment. Though kind and inclusive, she harbors intense jealousy toward women interacting with Bell, notably Ais Wallenstein, whom she perceives as a romantic rival. Despite occasional possessiveness, she consistently prioritizes Bell’s well-being over her own desires.

Her divine abilities include command over the “Protective Flame,” a purifying force capable of neutralizing malevolence and rivaling Freya’s enchantments when amplified. As a Virgin Goddess, she resists beauty deities’ charms and possesses acute perception, allowing her to discern hidden truths such as Wiene’s monstrous identity.

In the non-canon film *Arrow of the Orion*, Hestia joins Bell on a quest tied to Artemis, a former ally transformed by mortal experiences. The journey revisits their past bond, showcases Hestia’s new attire, and underscores her comedic yet protective dynamic with her Familia.

Key story arcs—such as the War Game against Apollo, shielding Bell during the Xenos crisis, and thwarting Freya’s city-wide charm—demonstrate her resilience and strategic growth as a leader. Her relationships with fellow deities, from her supportive friendship with Hephaestus to her playful rivalry with Loki, further define her role within Orario’s divine networks.
