Erika commands the Arc End 8th Division. After a significant theft bankrupts the division and costs them their headquarters, she directs the remaining members—Haru, Choco, Liza, and Gajeru—in their efforts to rebuild. Despite severe financial hardship and diminished status, Erika assigns quests and missions to her team. This economic collapse forces division members to undertake diverse tasks to restore operations and reputation.

Erika maintains her leadership while navigating these challenges. Near the series' conclusion, her connection to the rival group Wiseman is revealed: she secretly commands both the Arc End 8th Division and Wiseman simultaneously. Erika orchestrated the initial theft to create a common enemy and motivate her teams, directly causing the division's bankruptcy.

Her role centers on guiding the main characters through their rebuilding efforts while managing her conflicting affiliations.
