She possesses an uncanny, unexplained physical match to the holographic projection used by the Baguans for human communication. This identical appearance creates confusion and hints at a deeper, potentially engineered link to the alien race descended from her creator's initial work.

Following the Baguan conflict's resolution, Margaret departs Earth alongside the surviving Baguans, who were de-aged into infants by Element X exposure.
