Description
Rose acts as an antagonist in the Harlem Bomber story arc. She operates from a fortified base, known as a castle or lust slave training center, serving directly under the warlord Harlem Bomber. Her primary function is capturing young women and training them for forced sexual servitude before selling them in settlements controlled by the Slum King. Her physical appearance features chains and a partial mask. She wields a thorn-embedded whip as her primary weapon, using it for combat and enforcing obedience among captives.
Her actions propel key narrative events. She captures Yumi and Mari during their travels. While transporting them, an encounter with Violence Jack causes their vehicle to crash, enabling an initial escape. Rose pursues, but Violence Jack incapacitates her men, facilitating the women's getaway. Undeterred, she later locates Yumi and Mari again, whips them, and returns them to her stronghold. There, she subjects them to psychological torment by displaying images depicting the abuse suffered by other enslaved women. She explicitly informs Yumi and Mari of their intended fate as slaves to be sold in the Slum King's territories.
Rose then initiates "special training" for the captives. This involves forcing Mari to watch while she performs implied sexual acts on Yumi off-camera after disrobing her. As she prepares to subject Mari to the same treatment, Kenichi intervenes, attacking her guards. Rose confronts Kenichi directly with her whip. He disarms her momentarily using a chair, kicks her down, and prepares to kill her. Mari intervenes, pleading for mercy, allowing Kenichi, Mari, and Yumi to escape via an elevator. Rose rejects this clemency and immediately issues a wanted notice for them over the public address system. Later, after Yumi reveals the identities of their rescuers, Rose orders their execution, though Harlem Bomber overrules her, offering Kenichi a chance for freedom by defeating Violence Jack.
Rose meets her end during Violence Jack's assault on the fortress. Fleeing from him, she reaches a dead end and attempts to attack him with her whip. Jack severs the whip with his knife and throws a large drum towards her and her men. When her men open fire on the drum, its gasoline contents explode, killing Rose and her guards instantly. Her mask is seen flying out of the fortress structure as Kenichi arrives.
