Bunny, also called Iyo, is one of three primary creatures from AniYoko who regularly enters the human world via a doorway in Ami's bedroom floor. She resembles a stuffed rabbit, usually shown with simple line-like black eyes, though her true eyes occasionally manifest as square and red. Her remarkably long ears serve multiple functions: they store various objects and liquids, including her special diet juice, and contain a fully furnished compartment in one ear housing her pet turtle, Mr. Nonoko-chan. These ears also perform practical tasks, such as cutting carrots like scissors.

Iyo presents a cheerful and cute demeanor, actively working to uphold this image. However, her personality is notably marked by vanity and selfishness. She habitually feigns death when neglected, abused, or when her offers of help are declined, reviving only upon receiving an adequate apology. For combat, she employs several techniques: the "Iyo-pe Beam," an energy discharge between her ears used to shock others; the more potent "Iyo-pe Best Beam"; the physical "Iyo-chander Attack" involving kicks or pushes; and the "Super Iyo-pe Bomb," executed by jumping forcefully onto a target.

Her relationships are complex. She shares a contentious bond with Kenta, frequently provoking arguments or physical fights, though an underlying closeness exists and occasionally surfaces in subtle kindnesses. She often teases or frightens Issa with scary stories or pranks. With Ami, she maintains a friendship yet persistently annoys her, refusing to take no for an answer when proposing games or activities. Iyo's birthdate is January 4, making her a Capricorn.
