Description
Leona Ozaki is an officer in a specialized Newport police unit utilizing military-style tanks. The metropolis suffers extreme pollution, forcing citizens to wear gas masks outdoors. Her transfer from the motorcycle division to the Tank Police underscores her frontline dedication.

She exhibits intense enthusiasm for duty, frequently deploying overwhelming force that causes significant collateral damage during operations. This approach draws regular criticism from city officials worried about property destruction and civilian safety. Her primary focus remains capturing criminals, prioritizing results over procedural caution.

Her defining trait is an obsessive attachment to her personally customized miniature tank, Bonaparte, assembled from parts salvaged from her squad leader's destroyed vehicle. Bonaparte embodies her mechanical ingenuity and uncompromising policing style. She consistently prioritizes Bonaparte's maintenance and operation above most other concerns, including interpersonal relationships.

Within the unit, she partners professionally with Al, her calmer, more technically skilled tank co-pilot. While Al shows personal affection for her, her devotion stays fixed on Bonaparte. Her interactions with squad leader Charles Brenten involve frequent clashes due to their contrasting methods, though both share a disregard for regulations when pursuing criminals.

Her primary adversaries are the criminal Buaku and his accomplices, the android Puma Sisters (AnnaPuma and UniPuma). This antagonism stems from Buaku's thefts of sensitive biological materials and encrypted data, persisting through multiple incidents. Mutual hostility between Leona and the Puma Sisters remains particularly intense and personal.

In later operations, she confronts new threats like terrorist attacks and advanced weaponry deployed by corporate entities such as the Dai Nippon Geiken Corporation. These situations reveal her involvement in deeper investigations, including the unresolved circumstances surrounding her former partner Sharon's death, connecting to broader conspiracies affecting the city.

Her core traits persist throughout all appearances: unwavering aggression toward criminals, disregard for collateral damage, and singular dedication to Bonaparte. While challenges evolve from street crime to organized terrorism and corporate warfare, her fundamental policing approach remains consistent. She continues operating within the Tank Police unit through various conflicts and leadership changes.
