Cinzia Massironi is an established Italian voice actress, born on 11 September 1966 in Legnano, Italy. She is highly active in the dubbing industry, working primarily in Milan and is a member of the ADAP (Associazione Doppiatori Attori Pubblicitari). Her extensive career spans animation, live-action, and video games, and she is also a stage actress who has appeared in films with the Italian comedy trio Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo. She is the cousin of fellow actress and voice actress Marina Massironi.

Massironi is renowned for her versatile vocal range, frequently voicing both female characters and young male roles. Among her most prominent anime roles is Videl in the Italian adaptations of the Dragon Ball series, including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Super, and the film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. She also provides the voice for Laura in the same franchise. Another significant and long-running role is that of Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya in the beloved detective series Detective Conan.

Her filmography includes a wide array of other anime and animated series. She is the voice of Luke Triton, the young apprentice in the Professor Layton video game saga and its animated film adaptation, Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva. She also voices Flora Reinhold in the same series. Her other roles include Caska in Berserk, Umi Ryuzaki in Magic Knight Rayearth, Barbaforte in the second dubbing of Barbapapa, Delia Ketchum in Pokémon, Ilenia in Sailor Moon, and Comet in Gira il mondo principessa stellare. She has also lent her voice to characters in major franchises such as Sasuke Uchiha (as a child) and Haku in Naruto, Paninya and Olivier Milla Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Miss Doublefinger in One Piece.

In addition to her work in animation, Massironi has an extensive career in video game dubbing, where she is celebrated for voicing the female version of Commander Shepard in the first three Mass Effect games. Her other notable video game roles include Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter video game adaptations, Luke Triton and Flora Reinhold in the Professor Layton series, Catwoman and Talia al Ghul in the Batman: Arkham games, Lachesi in God of War II, and Ingrid Hunnigan in Resident Evil 6. Among the many live-action actresses she has dubbed is Rebecca De Mornay in the miniseries The Shining.
