TV-Series
Description
Borahorn is a walrus-like humanoid with blue skin and prominent tusks, serving as one of Baran's three Dragon Masters in the Dark Army's Dragon Legion. His role as Sea Rider commands water-dwelling dragons. Visually imposing, he wears multicolored dragon-scale-patterned armor with uneven shoulder protectors, a golden dragon insignia on the chest, a trident-shaped crown, a long blue cape, and wields a heavy anchor weapon attached to a chain.

Extremely prideful of his physical strength, which he considers unmatched, Borahorn boasts relentlessly until opponents like Hyunckel equal or surpass him, causing shock and fury—especially when Hyunckel shatters his tusks. Though more cunning than fellow Dragon Master Galdandy and favoring straightforward tactics over cruelty, Borahorn violates the Dragon Legion's honor code by resorting to dishonorable methods like hostage-taking when desperate.

As Baran's loyal subordinate, he joins past conquests before being summoned with Galdandy and Larhart to reclaim Baran's son Dai. Ambushed by Popp en route to the Kingdom of Teran, Borahorn overpowers him using his anchor chain and Cold Breath—a freezing attack rivaling the Kacrack spell. After Galdandy's death, he confronts Hyunckel but is outmatched: his tusks break, anchor chain snaps, and Hyunckel impales him through the chest with Bloody Scryde. Severely wounded, he survives to attempt a sneak attack on Hyunckel, then takes Popp hostage for leverage. This dishonorable act prompts the dying Larhart to spear Borahorn's head as punishment.

Later, the chess piece King Maximum reviews Borahorn's data during a fight against Hyunckel and Hym, replicating his hostage strategy unsuccessfully. Baran attempts to resurrect the fallen Dragon Masters using his blood, but only Larhart returns due to sufficient willpower.

Borahorn's combat relies on raw power over finesse, combining Cold Breath with anchor strikes for victories. Overdependence on these tactics leaves him vulnerable to versatile fighters like Hyunckel, and his strength is exceeded by Dai's allies including Crocodine.

Beyond the main series, Borahorn features as a boss in *Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest – The Adventure of Dai* and *A Hero's Bonds*, reflecting his post-tusk-breaking appearance, plus appearances in *Dragon Quest Keshi Keshi!* and the *Dragon Quest of the Stars* collaboration event.
