Kenji Sugimura is a Japanese voice actor from Fukui Prefecture, born on July 2, 1985. He began his voice acting career in 2008 and is known for his deep and adaptable vocal range, which has allowed him to take on a wide variety of roles in anime, video games, and dubbed foreign films. He was previously affiliated with Office PAC and later moved to Ōsawa Office.

Sugimura has built a notable career voicing characters in several major anime franchises. He is the voice of Pepperon, a royal knight turned muscular warrior, in the cross-media project The Snack World. He also voiced the antagonistic Dragon Rider Borahorn in the 2020 anime adaptation of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. In the popular children's series Butt Detective, he provides the voice for the character Kubi Futoshi, appearing in multiple films including Eiga Oshiri Tantei: Saraba Itoshiki Aibō (Oshiri) yo and Eiga Oshiri Tantei: Star and Moon. His other anime credits include roles in Jujutsu Kaisen, Haikyu!!, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin, and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Beyond anime, Sugimura is a prolific voice actor in Japanese dubs of Western films and series. He is the official Japanese dub voice for actor John Boyega, most notably playing Finn in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, a role he has also voiced for the Star Tours theme park attraction. He also regularly dubs for Michael B. Jordan, taking on roles such as Adonis Creed in the Creed films. His work in this field extends to major blockbusters like Top Gun: Maverick and Black Adam. His video game work includes appearances in Granblue Fantasy, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
