TV-Series
Description
Flora reigns as Queen of Carl Kingdom, a nation famed for its knighthood traditions, having ascended from her previous position as princess. She possesses long blonde hair, cyan eyes, and light skin. Her personality exhibits strong leadership qualities grounded in justice and charisma.

Fifteen years before the main events, a young Flora formed a close bond with the hero Avan. When the Dark Lord Hadlar attacked Carl Castle, targeting Flora specifically, Avan intervened to protect her, revealing his true power and igniting his quest against Hadlar. Flora harbored romantic feelings for Avan, acting as his secret love interest, and gifted him a protective pendant before he departed to confront Hadlar. She was 14 years old at the time of Avan's departure, coinciding with Princess Leona's later age.

Flora demonstrates combat proficiency with multiple weapons, including swords and whips, and is a capable spellcaster. She specializes in frizz-type offensive spells and heal-type restorative magic, alongside practical utility spells like Evac for warping out of dungeons.

After Hadlar's initial defeat, Flora became queen. Years later, following Avan's apparent sacrificial death against the resurrected Hadlar, she retained her position. The pendant she gifted proved crucial, absorbing the lethal effect of Avan's Kamikazee spell to ensure his survival undetected, allowing him to later aid his disciples covertly. Flora ultimately transferred Avan's fifth disciple mark to Princess Leona of Papnica, formally recognizing Leona as an Avan disciple despite her lack of direct training.

In the concluding events, Flora reunites with Avan and they marry. Avan subsequently becomes king of Carl Kingdom, ruling alongside her. Flora's character design draws inspiration from Princess Gwaelin (Lora) in the original Dragon Quest game, notably paralleling Gwaelin's act of giving a pendant to the hero.
