Description
Flora guards the Cure Rose Garden, protecting this hidden realm from external threats. She possesses very long, wavy pale pink hair, gold eyes, and a gold tiara decorated with five unique gems: ruby, emerald, sapphire, topaz, and garnet. Her attire is a pale chiffon long-sleeved dress featuring a layered skirt and a shawl secured by an amethyst gem, projecting an elegant and mysterious aura.

Before the events of Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!, Flora watched over the Cure Rose Garden and tended to Syrup during his childhood. The leader of the villainous Eternal encountered her, developing an obsessive fixation termed "love at first sight" due to her beauty. To prevent Eternal from exploiting the garden for eternal life, Flora locked its gate and dispatched Syrup with a warning letter for their leader. Syrup was attacked during this mission by Eternal member Anacondy, resulting in amnesia and his arrival in the Palmier Kingdom.

As Eternal's threat grew, Flora sent a letter via Syrup to the Pretty Cure team requesting aid. Upon opening it, the team saw a holographic projection of Flora explaining the danger to the Cure Rose Garden. She entrusted them with the magical Rose Pact, essential for accessing the garden. Later, she provided Milk with a blue rose seed enabling Milk's transformation into the warrior Milky Rose. Flora also conveyed the prophecy: "Combine the power of the red and blue rose," warning of impending danger when "something with anger and hate appears."

During Eternal's intensified efforts, Flora's connection to Syrup and the Eternal leader emerged through flashbacks: Syrup recalled tending the garden with her, while the leader remembered his infatuation. After Eternal forcibly opened the garden's gate, Anacondy petrified the Pretty Cure team, leaving Flora weakened and injured. Maintaining hope in the Cures' resilience, she was ultimately shielded by them from the Eternal leader's attack. Combining their powers with the four rulers and the red and blue roses, the team defeated the leader using the Floral Explosion attack.

Following the garden's restoration, Flora revealed her impending death to the group. She entrusted Syrup with fostering friendship with the Cures, explaining this was her original motive for sending the initial letter. She provided a seed destined to grow into the garden's new guardian and requested the team nurture it. After sharing final words of guidance, she vanished.

In the sequel "Power of Hope: PreCure Full Bloom," Flora does not physically appear, though her legacy endures through the restored Cure Rose Garden, symbolizing hope and continuity.

Trivia notes state her name is shared with Cure Flora (Haruno Haruka's alter ego) and she is the first supporting character depicted in a romantic context with a main villain. Her facial features bear resemblance to Mimino Kurumi, possibly influencing Kurumi's human form due to the blue rose's origin.
