Description
Feodora Nebsolv is a witch within the *Somali and the Forest Spirit* narrative, characterized by pale skin, long light green hair, and attire including a red cloak over a white shirt, a red-and-white hat, and yellow rope accessories. She once wore a pink dress while recovering in a human village.

Shipwrecked on a remote human-inhabited island, Feodora was mistaken for human and lived among the villagers. There, she encountered Haraiso, a golem protector. Though initially befriending the humans, she witnessed their brutal slaughter of a harmless non-human, an event that horrified her and prompted her escape.

During her flight, Feodora saved a human child, Miya, who fell from a cliff. This forced her to reveal her witch nature, causing the villagers to turn against her. Though exiled instead of killed, this betrayal solidified her disillusionment.

Feodora documented her experiences, including the human atrocities, in the *Chronicle of Haraiso*. Fearful that revealing humanity's existence would spark conflict, she left the book unpublished. However, generations later, it resurfaced and spread widely. Its contents fueled existing tensions, directly contributing to the outbreak of the Great War between humans and non-humans, which nearly caused humanity's extinction.

Her unpublished account and its unforeseen consequences position Feodora as a catalyst for the series' central conflict. No significant additional development or appearances in other official media beyond this core narrative are documented.
