His standard Inquisition captain attire includes a frilled collar and long cape, and he wields a long bow as his primary weapon.

Dragunov presents a carefree, laid-back demeanor, yet takes deliberate time to strategize. He strictly adheres to Inquisition rules and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to protecting civilians, arresting anyone who harms innocents—including fellow Inquisitors. He rejects ideologies focused on individual world-changing actions, believing collective effort is essential for meaningful change. An experienced cook, he deeply cares for his crew, valuing their hard work and kindness.

He wields a unique magical ability, a Miracle granted by the Patrem Inquisitor. This Miracle allows teleportation to the location of any arrow he shoots, activated by the phrase: "Patrem Inquisitor, Institutor Of The Miracle, May Your Presence Discard All Distances."

Previously a Vice-Captain, Konrad de Marbourg served as a soldier under his command. Dragunov later clarified to Seth that Konrad did not die by Seth's hands. Operating within the Inquisition's military hierarchy (Soldier to Marshal), Captain Dragunov holds mid-level authority, often exercising regional autonomy. Despite the Inquisition's broader reputation for hostility towards sorcerers and the Infected, Dragunov questions institutional methods and missions when they conflict with his duty to protect civilians.
