Pierre Lognay is a Belgian actor primarily known for his extensive work in voice dubbing for animated series and films. He was trained at the Institut des arts de diffusion (IAD) in Louvain, from which he graduated in 2006. Beyond voice work, Lognay has also performed in theater and appeared in live-action films and television series. In 2008, he received the Prize for Best Actor at the Clap 99 international festival for his role in the short film "Mijn Broer".

Lognay has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in anime and animated productions. He is the French voice for several prominent roles, including Trafalgar Law in the film One Piece Stampede and the One Piece series, and Trevor Belmont in the animated series Castlevania. He voices Hyunckel in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, Jack Atlas in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and its film Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D: Bonds Beyond Time, and Kite Tenjo in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL. His work also includes the role of Ryo Hagane in the Metal Fight Beyblade film, Ryuji in Darwin's Game, and multiple characters across the Naruto Shippūden film series, such as Mui in Blood Prison and Konohamaru Sarutobi in Boruto: Naruto the Movie.

Lognay has a significant presence in several long-running franchises. In the Pokémon anime, his roles have included Nando, Professor Cerise, Pierre in Pokémon Origins, and Tarak in Pokémon Evolutions. He is also the voice of Iron Man / Tony Stark in series such as Avengers Rassemblement and Ultimate Spider-Man. Other notable credits include Dororo in Keroro, Ikuto Tsukiyomi in Shugo Chara!, Yama in Harlock: Space Pirate, and Shiryu du Dragon in the film Les Chevaliers du Zodiaque: La Légende du Sanctuaire. He has voiced characters in The Rising of The Shield Hero (Lark Berg), Radiant (Dart Dragunov / Dragunov), The Faraway Paladin (Reystov), Seirei Gensouki - Spirit Chronicles (Reiss Vulfe), and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (Yomu). His film work also includes the 2023 feature Sirocco et le Royaume des courants d'air, where he voiced the title character.
