Description
Yukito Orikasa, professionally known as Yuki, forms half of the top idol duo Re:vale alongside Momo. His stage name incorporates the kanji for "thousand" (千). Though outwardly cool and composed, Yuki laughs easily and harbors a playful mischievous streak. He channels emotions difficult to voice into music, composing nearly all of Re:vale's songs with intense dedication—songwriting serves as his primary language.

Preferring quiet spaces and disliking cold, he often retreats indoors to create. A vegetarian by taste rather than ethics, he avoids meat and fish but enjoys cooking, specializing in gelée vegetable soup. He fears sharp objects. His past includes severe hardship; before Re:vale's success, he and Momo endured poverty so dire they survived on park dandelions and creek-caught small fry, forging an unbreakable bond. Despite his polished image, Yuki admits relying heavily on Momo and manager Rinto Okazaki, claiming he’d be useless without them. Mornings challenge him, requiring Rinto’s persistent calls and Momo’s physical prodding to rise.

In Re:vale, Yuki plays the "tsukkomi" straight man to Momo’s antics, cementing their "married couple" dynamic onstage and during variety shows. Beneath his aloof exterior, he deeply cherishes Momo and their juniors, fiercely protecting Momo despite struggling to articulate his feelings. He mentors groups like IDOLiSH7 and TRIGGER with genuine concern, encouraging them during collaborations and on programs like "NEXT Re:vale".

Emotionally, Yuki initially seemed distant and insensitive, but confronting past wounds and embracing his dependence on Momo spurred significant growth. By the story’s Part 3, he evolves into a more open, vulnerable adult, moving beyond detachment while remaining fiercely protective. Additional quirks include preferring spoilers over suspense, savoring scenic drives despite his indoor nature, and turning absentminded when drinking. His Christmas Eve birthday once inspired Momo to borrow a Santa suit for celebration, and nearing Momo’s birthday, they jokingly call each other "grandpas".
