Description
Jōji Takadanobaba, a student at Schwarz Rose and former leader of The Shuffle, was born Noriyuki Motokawa in Okayama. Childhood bullying over his weight and appearance left him with low self-esteem. His life transformed upon seeing Jin Norizuki's Prism Shows, inspiring him to become a Prism Star. He reinvented himself as Jōji Takadanobaba, adopting bright blue hair.

Drawn by Jin's reputation, Jōji enrolled at Schwarz Rose under Jin's increasingly unstable mentorship. He exhibits an upbeat, attention-seeking personality and openly prioritizes winning, even through cheating. He harbors a persistent desire for Jin's approval and affection, constantly striving to impress him.

Jōji relies entirely on lip-syncing during performances because he cannot sing. His vocals are provided by his "ghostsinger," Ace, another member of The Shuffle. Jōji shows no shame about this arrangement, directing Ace to sing for him both onstage and in personal situations like dates. He frequently brings multiple Shuffle members as observers or accessories in daily life.

Competing in events like the Prism King Cup depicted in *Pride the Hero*, he performs with The Shuffle and his solo song "LOVE♥MIX," lip-syncing to Ace. He achieved third place in that tournament. His performances feature flamboyant costumes, including a jester outfit and a signature pink heart on his left cheek.

*Shiny Seven Stars* explores his insecurities and dedication to Jin. He travels to Okayama to confront his past and solidify his identity as Jōji, embracing his roots while maintaining his crafted persona. His catchphrase "~joy!" appears in his speech and song titles like "JOY" and "JOKER JOKER."

His surname originates from Takadanobaba Station on Tokyo's Yamanote Line, matching his Shuffle unit members' station-derived names. His favorite food is peaches, and he is right-handed. He uses digital communication tools like self-designed stickers to interact, even face-to-face.

In *Prism Show☆Best Ten*, his performances are included in supplemental courses but do not rank in the in-universe "Best Ten." His unit and solo songs across media include "Koi no Royal Straight Flush," "JOKER KISS," and "LOVE♥MIX" (a cover from the *Pretty Rhythm* franchise).
