Description
Karin Sarayashiki streams horror games as "the Cursed Princess," crowned "#1 Female Game Streamer People Want to be Stepped On." Her online aggression clashes with her true nature: a sensitive soul who cares deeply for friends and startles easily despite her horror specialty. She confesses horror games thrill her, but real fear shatters her composure.

Her family pressured her brother Hinoki into abandoning university to open a detective agency, then transferred all expectations to Karin. This bred resentment toward Hinoki and disillusionment with reality, leaving her emotionally fragile. Kidnapped just as this stress neared breaking point, she now avoids her past life.

Physically, Karin stands tallest among female peers, fair-skinned and slim, with light pink short hair in a crown braid and grey eyes. She favors school uniforms: black dresses or skirts paired with puffed-sleeve shirts, thin black ribbon bows, thigh-high socks or stockings, and white shoes. Missions dictate context-specific outfits, like plaid skirts and sweaters for school settings or sleeveless tops in summer.

Karin’s sharp mind retains everything seen or heard, yet her temper flares instantly. Though initially distrustful, she bonds fiercely with friends—especially Yuzu Roromori, her best female friend. Yuzu teases her with flirtatious remarks, exploiting Karin’s discomfort with perverse topics to spike stream engagement. Karin also adores Himiko Inaba, finding her irresistibly protectable.

Her journey shifts from isolation to camaraderie. Early on, she snaps at Akatsuki Iride but later softens, curbing physical outbursts. As secretary of her school’s Film Studies Club, she enjoys horror movies and researching supernatural spots (without visiting them). She loves pudding and mochi, detests mashed or grainy seafood, and plays piano with English fluency. When inconvenienced, she demands apologies paired with pudding desserts, showcasing her stubborn specificity.

Karin assigns affectionate nicknames: formal honorifics for most peers ("Onigasaki-san"), but "Yuzu-senpai" for Yuzu and "Himiko-chan" for Himiko. She calls Hinoki "Onii-san," echoing their unresolved tension. Statistically, she excels in combat, communication, perception, wisdom, and agility but ranks lowest in mental resilience, mirroring her fear susceptibility.
