Description
Yūgiri is a young esper distinguished by long black hair, pink eyes, and a consistent attire of a short white dress, long black socks worn at uneven heights, and brown shoes. She exhibits a strong resistance to others making decisions for her, visibly sulking when this occurs. Initially, she maintains close physical proximity solely to Kyōsuke Hyōbu, frequently holding his hand, while avoiding connections with others.
Her origin stems from being cloned from Yuuri Kumoi by the organization Black Phantom for their initial Phantom Children program. During a test, her失控 powers severely injured overseeing personnel, resulting in her placement at an orphanage in the European principality of Monarch. Fearing her abilities and potential for repeated incidents, she left the orphanage independently, encountering Sophie Grace, the princess of Monarch, during this departure. She subsequently moved through various locations before Hyōbu recruited her into his esper organization, P.A.N.D.R.A.
Later captured, Yūgiri was imprisoned in a facility conducting illegal experiments on espers. Hyōbu and Andy Hinomiya orchestrated a jailbreak to rescue her, during which Hyōbu exposed the prison's unethical activities. Extracted to P.A.N.D.R.A.'s mobile base, the ocean liner Catastrophe, she began integrating into the group. Her development involved gradually overcoming her reluctance to engage with others, notably forming a bond with Andy, who escorted her on outings like a visit to an amusement park. This growth was further demonstrated when, after P.A.N.D.R.A. protected Princess Sophie Grace from an assassination plot, Yūgiri declined the princess's offer of adoption, choosing to remain with P.A.N.D.R.A.
