Description
Cain began as human Rion Steiner, taken to Michelangelo Memorial Hospital for cloning experiments using his DNA. The resulting clone inherited his identity and memories, while Dorothy, an artificial intelligence, renamed the original "Cain." This act symbolized a rewriting of existence, though Cain retained his original memories contrary to Dorothy's intentions. His biological specifications list him as 14 years old, 160 cm tall, weighing 44 kg, with blonde hair, green eyes, and blood type O. He is classified as Galerian Type-G004, possessing the Q7G chromosome abnormality under Dorothy's Pegasus Family program.

Cain harbors profound jealousy toward the clone bearing his former name, having observed its development within a capsule. He perceived the clone as stealing his life, fueling resentment and sorrow. Witnessing the physical embodiment of his erased identity solidified his belief that "the real Rion is dead." His personality becomes volatile in confrontations, marked by taunts and laughter when battling the clone Rion.

His psychic abilities include crafting sensory illusions by manipulating opponents' minds, notably impersonating deceased Galerians Birdman, Rainheart, and Rita to deceive Rion and Lilia. He wields pyrokinetic powers, manifesting blue fireballs and fiery columns, and electrokinetic attacks summoning black lightning and thunderstorms. These powers depend on drugs called PPECs: Nalcon for electricity and Red for pyrokinesis. Continuous PPEC use risks lethal "short-circuiting," creating dependency on the stabilizing drug Delmetor. He also demonstrates levitation and teleportation, with telekinesis inferred but not explicitly shown.

During the Mushroom Tower climax, Cain confronts Rion and Lilia at the Hands of God. He reveals Rion's cloned nature and Dorothy's manipulation, declaring the original Rion Steiner died during hospital experiments. Cain asserts his purpose under Dorothy's Family Program is to eliminate Rion, leading to a battle in total darkness where he employs blue fire, red flames, and thunder attacks. Defeated, he collapses with head injuries, acknowledges Rion's superiority stating "I just can't beat you," and bids farewell before dying. His final moments carry tragic weight, as he remains unaware he was the original human subject.

Later, in "Galerians: Ash," Cain's deceased body appears in the Family Program Room. A scan of his DNA within an incubator proves instrumental for another character accessing Dorothy's core systems, confirming his continued biological relevance posthumously. His legacy persists through his genetic material and the unresolved consequences of Dorothy's experiments.
