Clara Kisenaria is a serious and sensible agent of the First Unit within the illegal fairy regulatory agency Dorothea. She has long brown hair that falls down her back, wears glasses, and is dressed in the standard Dorothea uniform. Her dedication to the organization stems from being saved by Nein Auler, which motivated her to voluntarily receive a fairy organ transplant and join its ranks.

Clara’s fairy, Tomereez, is small and considered too weak for direct combat, but its ability to link with her senses makes it exceptionally useful for infiltration, surveillance, and reconnaissance. She has employed it to detect approaching individuals, provide long-range support for sniper operations, and even cause enemy combatants to injure themselves, as demonstrated during a confrontation with Gilbert Warlock.

Her operational history includes participating in a new member’s welcoming party and partnering with Marlya Noel to investigate a Black Fairy Tome page. After easily dispatching an organized attack and obtaining information from an informant, they pursued a target on a train, where Clara explained her reasons for joining Dorothea. They successfully captured the target at a station.

Later, she assisted Bitter Sweet in confronting Gilbert Warlock, using her fairy to subdue his men before the tome page was secured. She and Marlya then delivered the Black Fairy Tome to Nein. Clara was also part of a team assigned to guard Ray Dawn on a train journey back to his territory. When the train was sabotaged and fell into a river, the group took refuge in a ruined castle and fought off a night attack by artificial fairy soldiers launched by Arcame.

A capable fighter skilled in both marksmanship and swordplay, Clara’s primary value in the field derives from Tomereez’s unique reconnaissance capabilities.
