Description
Tetsurō Arahabaki, son of Berühren Corp CEO Soichiro Arahabaki, endured experiments implanting the Harmonie device into his spinal cord and medulla oblongata. This granted remote control of Extended bodies but left him with severed vocal cords, lacerated muscles, and nerve damage in his limbs, rendering him mute and immobile. Treated as disposable by Berühren Corp, which prioritized the Harmonie device over his life, he eventually escaped their custody.

He sought protection from Resolver Juzo Inui, initially using a Harmonie-controlled decoy Extended body while his real form remained hidden and vulnerable. After confrontations with Berühren agents like Karen, Mary Steinberg provided him with cybernetic limb and vocal replacements, restoring movement and speech. Tetsurō possesses a strong sense of justice but acts impulsively, sometimes causing harm. For instance, he seized control of Juzo's body via Harmonie to rescue children attacked by Berühren operatives Anne and Ende, resulting in both bodies being compromised by Berühren's Hugh Cunningham. Juzo admonished him for using others as tools, mirroring Berühren's exploitation.

His abilities evolved through conflict. He learned conscious Harmonie activation, controlling multiple Extended units simultaneously. During a battle against the berserk Extended Ende, he partially controlled her appendages before Juzo permitted use of his head-gun to defeat her, establishing a boundary: Tetsurō could no longer control Juzo's body but could operate his weaponry with consent.

Fragmented memories revealed he funded the anti-Extended group Spitzbergen to undermine Berühren's tyranny, not from bias. This past resurfaced when Spitzbergen leader Wachowski coerced him into using Harmonie to force Juzo to combat Gun Slave Unit Seven. In this conflict, he unlocked his sub-brain's potential, enhancing combat proficiency and demonstrating greater Harmonie mastery without external implants.

His development involved reconciling his desire for agency with ethical responsibility. He defied Juzo's isolationist stance by using Harmonie to aid him during EMS detainment, emphasizing mutual trust. He also assisted Mary Steinberg in tracking her missing brother, Victor Steinberg, showcasing investigative growth. Physical maintenance of his cybernetic limbs remained a lifelong necessity, underscoring the lasting impact of his experimentation.
