Description
Faye, daughter of wealthy landowner Michael Carson, grows up amidst financial hardship on a grand Civil War-era plantation estate. Her mother died in her childhood. Faye forges deep bonds with two figures: John, an adoptive older brother taken in by her father, and Sophia, her personal maid servant. She affectionately uses sibling terms for both. A pivotal childhood event sees John suffer a severe torso injury rescuing her from a horse accident, cementing her attachment.

After being dispatched to school, Faye returns home. She initiates and maintains consensual sexual relationships with both John and Sophia, frequently engaging in multi-partner encounters. Her appearance is marked by a prominent red hairpin and attire featuring a large red bow.

Faye expresses persistent affection for both partners, desiring to marry them simultaneously. She displays a mix of sexual openness and social naivete, demonstrated when she unfazed interrupts her father during an intimate moment with a maid. This naivete extends to being oblivious to her father's financial struggles.

Her story concludes unresolved as she is sent to the mansion of Lord Mark, a predatory creditor who leveraged debt to force this arrangement. This transition occurs under ominous circumstances, amidst Sophia's traumatic ordeal at Lord Mark's residence.
