Description
Pepper is an apprentice Wind Fairy and one of the three young seasonal fairies who appear alongside Sugar and Salt in A Little Snow Fairy Sugar Summer Special. She comes from a family of Wind Fairies and is training to become a fully fledged Wind Fairy so that she can continue her family's tradition. Her magical instrument is a harp, which she plays to summon and control the wind.
In terms of personality, Pepper is the quietest and most composed member of the trio. She is calm, polite, soft-spoken, humble, and kind, and she never speaks a harsh word to anyone. She is often described as the most intelligent and level-headed of the three apprentice fairies, and she frequently serves as a mediator when Sugar and Salt argue.
