Another landmark role is Mami Tomoe in the critically acclaimed Puella Magi Madoka Magica, a character to whom she has expressed a deep personal attachment. She also voices the enigmatic Ougi Oshino in the Monogatari series and Tio Plato in The Legend of Heroes: Trails series, reflecting her enthusiasm for Falcom games.

Beyond animation, Mizuhashi has an extensive career in video games, with roles such as Navi in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Nisa in Hyperdimension Neptunia, and, more recently, Kuki Shinobu in Genshin Impact and multiple characters in Arknights. She has also contributed to original video animations (OVAs) like Akane Maniax and Alice in Deadly School, and provided voices for anime films such as the Laid-Back Camp Movie. Her work continues into the 2020s with roles in series like Gekidol and the aforementioned Aru Asa Dummy Head Mike ni Natteita Ore-kun no Jinsei.
