ONA
Description
Komami is a puchidol, a miniature lifeform that appears in the anime PUCHIM@S. She closely resembles the 765 Production idol Mami Futami. Along with her twin sister Koami, she was originally discovered on a south seas island and brought to the 765 Production office by Azusa Miura. Komami was later adopted by Takane Shijou, who acts as her primary caretaker. Komami has brown hair and brown eyes, typically styled with a side ponytail and a hair bobble. Her small size and two‑head body proportion are typical of puchidols.

Komami’s personality is mischievous and playful. She and Koami share a strong love for pulling pranks, which serves as a frequent source of comedy. The twins often work together to cause harmless trouble, adding energy to the daily routines of the human idols. Despite her playful side, Komami can also be affectionate and enjoys being around her adoptive owner Takane.

As a puchidol, Komami does not speak human language; she communicates through characteristic vocal sounds. Her role in the story is to participate in the light‑hearted, slice‑of‑life interactions that define the series. She appears in most episodes of the original net animation and the subsequent sequel, interacting with both the human idols and other puchidols. Her key relationships include her twin Koami, her adoptive owner Takane, and Azusa Miura who brought her to the agency. Over the course of the series, Komami remains a steady presence, providing humor through her antics and forming a consistent part of the puchidol ensemble. She does not undergo significant character growth, but her bond with Takane and her partnership with Koami are maintained throughout.
