The character known as "Mauzi," or Meowth in English, is a Pokémon and a persistent member of Team Rocket. His primary role involves assisting the organization in various plans to capture other Pokémon, most notably a Pikachu belonging to the trainer Ash.

This Meowth possesses the unique ability to speak human language, a skill he acquired during a period of residence in Hollywood. There, he coexisted with a group of other Meowth and often searched for food. He encountered a female Meowth named Meowsy and developed strong feelings for her. This rejection led him to depart and eventually join Team Rocket.

In the film *Secrets of the Jungle*, this Meowth operates alongside his Team Rocket partners to covertly monitor a research team and its leader, a scientist. They infiltrate the group to gather information. During the climax, they assist in subduing the primary antagonist and subsequently provide evidence to law enforcement, leading to that individual's arrest.

His behavior is often characterized by a focus on Team Rocket's missions, though he demonstrates a capacity for cooperation with others when the situation requires it.
