Rosso is a 16-year-old Italian survivor from the fallen Dome 13. He lives in isolation with his friend Cynthia inside an abandoned submarine and harbors a fierce hatred for Datania, the entity he blames for abandoning him and his fellow survivors. This profound resentment has forged him into a solitary and fiercely independent teenager, though he eventually joins the central group of heroes. He is never without a firearm and is distinguished by his headband and ponytail.
