Movie
Description
Scoop, a miner and secretive thief, encounters the main protagonists during their journey. He requests their silence regarding his illicit operations in exchange for granting three wishes. He provides smokeless explosives crucial to the protagonists' objectives, fulfilling the first wish by using them to create a tunnel exit for an escape plan. Later, he reveals Chimney Town's history: founded 250 years prior by rebels opposing a Central Bank, they established a decaying currency called "L" to prevent wealth hoarding. The resulting conflict led to the town's perpetual smoke cover and isolation. Scoop acknowledges sharing this history before with another character. During the climax, he fulfills the third wish by deliberately distracting authorities with extended, rambling dialogue to buy time for the protagonists' mission, though he inadvertently discloses key escape plan elements.

Personality assessments describe Scoop as talkative, charismatic, and frequently generating ideas for city improvement. His behavior exhibits creativity, enthusiasm, motivation to inspire others, and genuine concern for the town and its inhabitants. He is categorized as highly dependable yet prone to anxiety and insecurity without trusted companions nearby. He demonstrates strong loyalty, particularly toward Poupelle, and exhibits safety-conscious behavior, often double-checking things for security.
