Found murdered in a pool of blood, he leaves behind a knife identical to Tracy's costume props and a partial message starting with 'A', written in his own blood. Arupin discovers the body, followed by Akane and Aya, resulting in their false implication. This forces the trio to flee, guided by anonymous messages from "Onee-san" via Taguchi's phone.

His death launches the Exodus! storyline, turning the idols into fugitives while their notoriety ironically boosts their popularity. The unsolved murder—including the incomplete message and unidentified killer—drives the plot.
