Aisha is a female Invid transformed into humanoid form during an Invid experiment to adapt to Earth. Found naked and unconscious in a ravaged village by human freedom fighters, she suffers complete amnesia regarding her origins and identity. The group names her Aisha.

She possesses psionic abilities allowing her to sense approaching Invid forces through headaches. This connection causes Invid to consistently spare her during encounters. Throughout the series, she develops human emotions and sympathies, forming a close bond with the human protagonist Stick Bernard. Their relationship evolves from Stick's initial hostility into mutual affection.

Her background identifies her as part of a humanoid Invid adaptation group including Solzie and Battlar. Unlike Battlar's maintained hostility toward humans, Aisha and Solzie develop understanding and empathy for humanity. When the Invid hive queen Refless's terraforming threatens both species with extinction, Aisha's experiences and human connections enable her to mediate between Stick's group and Refless. This facilitates a peaceful resolution where the Invid voluntarily depart Earth.

In the OVA *Love Live Alive*, a distant finale focusing on Yellow Belmont's concert, Aisha appears in archival footage depicting events from the main series. She undergoes no new character development or significant narrative progression beyond the original conclusion. Her relationship with Stick Bernard endures following the Invid departure.
