Miki Takahashi is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on September 19, 1961, in Tokyo. She is affiliated with the agency SplashDream. Her career in voice acting began in 1983, with her debut role as Ceila Lapana in the television anime series Aura Battler Dunbine. Following her debut, she quickly gained recognition for her work in several prominent series of the 1980s.

Takahashi's early and influential roles include Aisha in Genesis Climber Mospeada and its OVA sequel, Love, Live, Alive. She also voiced Ayumi Ichigaya in Gu-Gu Ganmo, which marked her debut year according to some sources, and Yui Kawa in both the television series and movie adaptation of High School! Kimengumi. During this period, she also took on the role of Romy in the anime adaptation 80 Days Around the World With Willy Fog.

After a brief hiatus from the industry starting in 1987, Takahashi returned to voice acting in 1993. Upon her return, she began her long-running association with the Shimajirō children's series, providing the voice for the character Mimirin Midorihara (also known as Mimi-Lynne) and Hana Shimano (Hana-chan). This role has become a defining part of her career, spanning numerous films and television entries in the franchise for decades, including titles such as Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirou, Eiga Shimajirō Mahō no Shima no Daibōken, Shimajirō to Kirakira Ōkoku no Ōji-sama, and many others.

Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Takahashi continued to build a diverse portfolio of voice work. She voiced Mai Sakuragi in the Dōkyūsei series of OVAs and Eri Kazama in the OVA Wanna-Be's. Her other notable OVA roles include Ren in Elf Princess Rane and Asami in Majo de mo Steady. She also appeared in television series such as Flame of Recca as Mifuyu Mikagami, Battle Athletes Victory as Tomoe Midō, Fruits Basket as Mine Kuramae, and had a guest role in an episode of Case Closed as Eri Kazama.

In addition to her acting work, Takahashi has been involved in singing and radio hosting. She participated in the third incarnation of the radio show Animetopia alongside fellow voice actress Chika Sakamoto. She has also released CDs, including work related to the Atelier series of games.
