Syrup, a fairy from the Cure Rose Garden, suffers from amnesia obscuring his past. He works as a delivery boy with his partner Mailpo, transporting letters anywhere. His abilities include three transformations: a small bird-like mascot form with tan feathers, green head streaks, and a red scarf; a human alias Amai Shiroh—a boy with scruffy hair, an orange uniform, brown shirt, red necktie, and blue waist-bag; and a giant bird form featuring a passenger compartment under a pink hood for aerial transport. The alias "Amai Shiroh" is a pun, blending "sweet" and a phonetic nod to "white" in Japanese. Initially distrustful and hostile, particularly toward Coco over a broken promise about the Cure Rose Garden, Syrup gradually bonds with the Pretty Cure team. Urara Kasugano's kindness and music deeply inspire him. He develops a love for pancakes, often working in human cafeterias to indulge it, and ends sentences with "~ropu." Born from an egg in the Cure Rose Garden and raised as a son by Flora, Syrup was tasked with delivering a letter but suffered amnesia after an attack by Anacondy. He briefly stayed in the Palmier Kingdom but left feeling alienated, later serving Eternal while dreaming of the garden. His quest focuses on retrieving the Rose Pact to regain memories and access the Cure Rose Garden. Syrup betrays the Pretty Cure by stealing the Rose Pact for Anacondy, believing it protects them. He reconsiders upon recalling their kindness and seeing Coco defend him during the confrontation, leading to his redemption. After Eternal's defeat, he mourns Flora's death and becomes the Cure Rose Garden's permanent guardian. In later years, Syrup tends the garden, noting new blooms like Nozomi's Time Flower. He continues as a messenger, facilitating correspondence between figures like Nozomi and Coco. He intervenes in crises, such as rescuing allies from Shadows, and deepens his musical connection through Urara, whose singing nurtures the roses. Learning guitar, he composes songs for her, crediting her influence directly. Within "Precure All Stars DX: Minna Tomodachi—Kiseki no Zenin Daishūgō," Syrup joins the fight against Fusion. He appears alongside other mascots during the Palmier Kingdom castle crisis, distributing Miracle Lights to empower Pretty Cure teams. His role emphasizes aerial transport and team support, aligning with his established abilities across media.
