Description
Syrup is a fairy character appearing across multiple Pretty Cure installments, first introduced in *Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!* as a delivery boy transporting letters anywhere alongside partner Mailpo. He exhibits three distinct forms: a standard fairy guise with tan feathers and green head streaks, a human alias called Amai Shiroh sporting orange hair and casual attire, and a giant bird form for aerial transport.

Afflicted by amnesia, he remembers nothing of his early life but relentlessly pursues the Rose Pact to access the Cure Rose Garden and reclaim his memories. His past reveals upbringing by Flora in that garden. Anacondy attacked him during a letter delivery mission from Flora to Boss, triggering his amnesia. After briefly staying in Palmier Kingdom, he departed due to distrust of Coco and joined Eternal while covertly seeking the garden.

Initially hostile and distrustful—especially toward Coco—he gradually bonds with the Pretty Cure team, particularly Urara Kasugano (Cure Lemonade). Her kindness breaks his isolation, inspiring him to study music. He holds profound regard for Flora as a maternal figure. A pivotal moment arises when Eternal manipulates him into stealing the Rose Pact. Witnessing the Cures defend him despite his betrayal cements his loyalty, and he becomes their steadfast ally. Following Eternal’s defeat, he mourns Flora’s death and assumes guardianship of the Cure Rose Garden.

In *Pretty Cure All Stars DX2*, he appears at Fairy Park, startling Tsubomi Hanasaki by transforming into his human form. He assists characters like Bunbee, Saki, and Mai during the crisis, with his aerial transport proving vital amid the park’s collapse.

Years later in *Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Pretty Cure '23~*, he tends the Cure Rose Garden, noting anomalies like Nozomi’s Time Flower. He facilitates Nozomi-Coco communication through letters and supports Urara’s music career, discovering her singing makes the garden’s roses bloom. Under Jii-ya’s guidance, he learns guitar to compose songs for her and aids battles by transporting Cure Lemonade into phone networks.

His personality shifts from abrasive and solitary to cooperative and dedicated. Key traits include a love for pancakes, straightforwardness, and fierce loyalty to those earning his trust—especially Urara and the Cures.
