Miko is one of three St. Claire Elementary students drawn into supernatural events at their school. Her wealthy upbringing fosters an appreciation for finer things and fuels a haughty, demanding demeanor, often leading to disdainful behavior toward others, including supernatural beings. Despite this, she naturally assumes leadership within the trio, taking initiative during their nocturnal quest.

Her long hair with a distinctive fringe and oversized dress create a recognizable silhouette. A penchant for collecting specimens in jars reflects her curious, sometimes intrusive, approach to the world.

During a daytime science room visit, Miko helps vandalize the human anatomy model Kunstrijk and the skeleton Goth, an act triggering the night's events. Summoned back at midnight, she joins the quest for three mythical medallions, facing challenges in the Pool Room, Digital Room, and Music Room. In the Music Room, confident in her cultured background, she attempts to compose a melody to impress the guardian composer portraits, believing herself the natural choice. However, the guardians select Mutsuko instead. Throughout these trials, she collaborates with her friends, their diverse personalities aiding their success.

Her interactions with Kunstrijk remain tense, stemming from the vandalism and worsened by her persistent use of the embarrassing nickname "Mr. Naked," which other supernatural entities readily adopt without protest.
