Description
Tenn Kujō is the older twin brother of Riku Nanase, though they have different blood types. Legally separated from the Nanase family after adoption into the Kujō household, his name signifies this change: "九条" (Kujō) combines "九" (nine) and "条" (article), while "天" (Tenn) means heaven or sky. Despite the severance, Tenn holds deep affection for Riku, rooted in Riku's frequent childhood hospitalizations. Tenn built snowmen outside Riku's window for him to see, burned his fingers making pancakes for him, and took numerous photos of him with a used digital camera, preserving those images. He recalls the family restricting Riku from eating chocolate due to health concerns. Tenn's decision to leave home and debut as an idol stemmed from his desire to sing for Riku's sake.

Offstage, Tenn exhibits a cold, callous, and emotionally restrained demeanor. He neglects his own well-being and often interacts with others detachedly or with vitriol, largely driven by persistent worry for Riku. A perfectionist, Tenn values professionalism above all, striving for flawless performances. He believes idols must prioritize fan satisfaction over personal authenticity, even if it requires a manufactured persona. This philosophy causes friction with TRIGGER member Gaku Yaotome, who advocates for genuine self-expression. Despite disagreements, Tenn respects his groupmates and prefers resolving differences through discussion.

Tenn outwardly dismisses his connection to Riku but privately monitors Riku's activities, attending IDOLiSH7 concerts in disguise. He avoids interactions with Iori Izumi due to Riku's teasing comparison of Tenn to a "mother-in-law," though acknowledges Iori's protectiveness. Tenn expresses interest in connecting with Mitsuki Izumi as a fellow older brother. His perfectionism extends to disliking incomplete efforts, and he values individuals who understand the performing arts industry.

Personally, Tenn favors solitude and structure. He switched evening runs for early morning walks to watch sunrises, prepares and freezes a week's meals in advance, and enjoys chewing sugarcane. His leisure includes visiting amusement parks like Bandnamcoland, watching musicals, and playing mobile games. Tenn prefers soft colors, winter, reading, donuts, omurice, and cats. He dislikes loud or inconsiderate people and compulsive liars. For White Day, he gifted star-shaped konpeitou candies to IDOLiSH7's manager, noting they reminded him of the group. He also participated in a dessert buffet contest, defeating Tamaki Yotsuba and Nagi Rokuya.

Tenn envisions an ideal romantic partner sharing his understanding of the entertainment industry. His dream date involves watching parades or shows at an amusement park, though he prefers relaxed settings like home. When collaborating with IDOLiSH7 for a variety show, he cautioned their manager about Riku potentially overexerting himself but trusted Iori's oversight. Tenn referenced his childhood love of hero shows during a promotional video shoot, drawing parallels between admiring heroes and idols.

His quotes include: "Even when the whole world is despairing, it is our job to sing, to smile"; "I don’t regret what I did at all"; and "I’ll have to become just as cool as the 16-year-old Leon."
