Shinnosuke Nohara stands at the heart of "Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Bakumori! Kung-Fu Boys ~Ramen Tairan~", driving the plot against a crisis emerging from Kasukabe's Chinatown, "Aiyā Town". After noticing his friend Masao displaying unusual confidence and strength following a bully encounter, Shinnosuke trails Masao to Aiyā Town. There, he finds Masao training in Kung Fu under a local master, alongside the master's first student, Ran. Witnessing the master defeat aggressive land thugs from the Black Panda ramen shop prompts Shinnosuke and his friends to join the training. Shinnosuke reveals a remarkable aptitude for Kung Fu, swiftly mastering all nine stages of the legendary "Puni Puni Fist" technique, rumored to grant magical strength upon reaching the mythical Punni-Punni mainland – a stark contrast to Masao's struggles at the first level. As training progresses, the spread of Black Panda ramen induces violent frenzy in consumers. When his sister Himawari consumes the ramen, developing panda-like eyes and rage, Shinnosuke's protective instincts ignite. He leads his friends into the Black Panda factory to find a cure, documenting their investigation with Kazama's phone. Their discovery triggers a tense exchange to rescue Masao, captured after revealing their mission, with Ran intervening to aid their escape. Mastery of the nine stages qualifies Shinnosuke to accompany Ran to the Punni-Punni mainland in China. He initially refuses the magical potion offering ultimate power. Ran consumes it instead but, lacking a gentle soul, transforms into an evil force imposing false peace on Kasukabe. Shinnosuke reunites the Kasukabe Defense Force, including the initially reluctant Masao. He devises a countermeasure using their school's Jenkaa dance, which disrupts Ran's control and restores normalcy, mobilizing the entire community and showcasing his ability to unite others through unconventional solutions. Following Ran's redemption and departure on a world tour, Shinnosuke and his friends bid her farewell. Throughout the film, Shinnosuke exhibits his characteristic blend of mischief and unexpected maturity. His habitual teasing of family members coexists with deep concern for their safety, evidenced by his urgent mission to cure Himawari. His leadership of the Kasukabe Defense Force highlights his capacity to rally friends during crises, while his rapid Kung Fu mastery and innovative dance-based solution reflect latent talents in diverse activities.
