Description
Muran leads a Resistance platoon within the Eldora narrative. His deep distrust of outsiders, particularly his initial skepticism toward Hiroto and the BUILD DiVERS, originates from the betrayal of Masaki Shido, a Diver summoned to aid the Resistance who defected to the antagonistic One-Eyes faction. This experience profoundly shapes his perspective. Demonstrating pragmatic leadership during the evacuation of villages following Alus's satellite weapon attack, Muran prioritizes survival while acknowledging the limited sanctuary offered by Ancient ruins. He actively coordinates these evacuations and protects survivors from subsequent threats. His commitment to his people extends to advocating for the BUILD DiVERS, attempting to persuade the Sacred Beast Cuadorn to accept their continued aid. Muran emphasizes the New People's trust in the BUILD DiVERS, arguing against a return to the isolation that followed Masaki's betrayal. Following Seguri village's destruction, he assists survivors, including providing emotional support like comforting an elderly woman grieving her son's loss. His collaboration with the BUILD DiVERS evolves from initial suspicion into reliance, evident in his efforts to convince Cuadorn of their trustworthiness and his coordination with them during critical operations.
