Porco Galliard, an Eldian from the Liberio Internment Zone, is the younger brother of Marcel Galliard. He became one of Marley's Warriors, inheriting the Jaw Titan by consuming Ymir around the year 850 after her voluntary return to Marley following the failed Paradis Island Operation. Inheriting the Jaw Titan granted him access to Ymir's memories but not those of his brother Marcel, deepening his resentment toward Reiner Braun, whom he blamed for Marcel's death. Galliard possessed an average height of approximately 175 cm (5'8") and a muscular build weighing about 75 kg (165 lbs). He had blond hair styled in an undercut pushed back and hazel or gray eyes. His typical attire included military-style combat trousers, a short coat, and the mandated Eldian armband on his left arm; during undercover operations on Paradis Island, he wore a stolen Scout Regiment uniform. His Jaw Titan form featured a heavily armored face, knuckles, and fingers, with deep-set eyes, a cog-like hardened jawline, long blond hair, and a beard. This roughly 5-meter tall Titan moved quadrupedally and was optimized for agility and powerful biting force capable of crushing anti-Titan artillery. Galliard displayed bravery in combat, notably shielding fellow Warriors Gabi Braun and Falco Grice from machine-gun fire during the Battle of Fort Slava, though this may have stemmed from tactical confidence in his Titan's durability. He frequently exhibited a bitter and arrogant demeanor, particularly toward Reiner, whom he considered unworthy of the Armored Titan. He openly mocked Reiner for relying on comrades like Marcel for protection and physically assaulted him during arguments. Despite this hostility, he showed genuine concern for other Warriors, reacting with panic and anger when Pieck Finger or Zeke Yeager were endangered. His impulsiveness often led to reckless decisions, such as charging Eren Jaeger unprotected upon learning of Bertholdt Hoover's death. As a Warrior candidate, Galliard underwent rigorous training and was a leading contender for the Armored Titan. During evaluations in 843, he openly criticized Reiner's perceived lack of talent, escalating to violence when accused of disloyalty to Marley. After Reiner was selected for the Armored Titan and Marcel for the Jaw Titan, Galliard remained in Marley while his brother deployed to Paradis. Following Marcel's death and Ymir's return, Galliard inherited the Jaw Titan via forced consumption. During the Marley arc, Galliard participated in the assault on Fort Slava, destroying enemy defenses and railways after Gabi disabled their armored train. In Liberio, he attended strategic meetings about reclaiming the Founding Titan and reluctantly supported the Tybur family's involvement. At Willy Tybur's festival, he and Pieck were captured in a confinement pit by Yeagerist infiltrators but escaped with help from the Panzer Unit. Transforming into his Jaw Titan during the subsequent battle, Galliard ambushed Eren's Attack Titan but was intercepted by Mikasa Ackermann. His rash charge toward Eren, driven by rage over Bertholdt's death, left Pieck and Zeke vulnerable to Survey Corps attacks. In his final moments, Galliard accessed Marcel's memories, learning Marcel manipulated Marley's selection to prevent Porco from becoming a Warrior and spare him a shortened lifespan. This revelation prompted Galliard to sacrifice himself during the Battle of Heaven and Earth. With Reiner incapacitated and Falco transformed into a Pure Titan, Galliard intervened, urging Falco to consume him. This act transferred the Jaw Titan to Falco, allowing Galliard to uphold his belief that he remained a superior Warrior to Reiner until the end.
