Hiroshi is the father of protagonist Takeshi. A salaryman by profession, Hiroshi commanded respect as a leadership figure in his workplace. His abrupt death becomes a driving force for Takeshi, who vows to embody his father's leadership legacy. Inspired by Hiroshi's example, Takeshi dedicates himself to becoming a genuine leader for his first-grade classmates.
