TV-Series
Description
Prince Nuts hails from the Palmier Kingdom alongside Prince Coco. Sealed within the Dream Collet device during the first season, he gains freedom after the five Pretty Cure members unlock their powers. His early interactions are marked by aloofness and deep distrust, a result of past experiences that fuel skepticism toward Coco's choices and the Pretty Cure team.
A significant bond develops between Nuts and Komachi, rooted in their mutual passion for literature. This connection becomes pivotal, fostering trust and warmth within him toward the group. Like Coco, Nuts can transform into a human guise, adopting the alias Mr. Natsu. In this form, he works at Natts House jewelry shop, discreetly aiding the Pretty Cure team while balancing his royal duties from the Palmier Kingdom.
Later, Nuts actively participates in rebuilding the Palmier Kingdom following the Nightmare organization's defeat. Midway through the sequel season, he acquires the crown of the Palmier Kingdom, formally ascending to kingship. This position grants him the authority to summon the Cure Fleurets for the Pretty Cure team. Demonstrating technical skill, he independently constructs the Milky Note device, essential for channeling his new powers. Combined with the crown's abilities, this allows him to summon the Milky Mirror for Milky Rose's transformations.
Nuts' relationship with Komachi, sustained by their shared love of books and intellectual pursuits, remains a consistent thread in his development, reflecting his journey from isolation and skepticism to embracing leadership and collaboration.
In the spin-off sequel *Kibou no Chikara ~Otona Pretty Cure '23~*, set years afterward, Nuts continues his duties as a king of the Palmier Kingdom alongside Coco. His enduring connection with Komachi persists, reflecting the lasting impact of their friendship.
Across all official media, Nuts' mascot-form speech pattern includes ending sentences with "-natts." His role consistently encompasses both strategic support for the Pretty Cure team and the fulfillment of his royal obligations.
