TV-Series
Description
Alicia Florence is a celebrated Prima Undine, or gondolier, in the city of Neo-Venezia on the terraformed planet Aqua. At the start of the series, she is nineteen years old and stands 165 centimeters tall, with a birthday on October 30th. She has long blonde hair typically styled into a distinctive fishtail braid and piercing blue eyes. Her elegant appearance is complemented by the blue and white uniform of the Aria Company, often with a round hat resting at the back of her head. Later in her life, she adopts a professional style with shorter hair, glasses, a white blouse, and a blue skirt.
Recognized as one of the legendary Three Water Fairies under the title Snow White, Alicia achieved the rank of Prima at the age of fifteen, making her the youngest person in history to do so. She trained under the founder of Aria Company, Grandma Akino, and after her mentor’s retirement, Alicia became the company’s effective operator. Her rowing technique is exceptionally graceful, fluid, and precise, capable of mesmerizing onlookers. An amusing, lesser-known trait is her ability to drink heavily without apparent effect.
Alicia’s personality is defined by kindness, a relaxed and easy‑going nature, and a gentle smile. Her characteristic verbal tic is the amused interjection “ara ara,” often accompanied by a soft laugh. Beneath her serene surface lies a playful and mischievous side, especially evident when she teases her childhood friend and fellow Water Fairy, Akira Ferrari. Her mentoring philosophy emphasizes encouragement over correction; she believes it is a teacher’s responsibility to guide a student toward the right path, viewing mistakes as a natural part of learning.
As the primary mentor to the protagonist Akari Mizunashi, Alicia nurtures Akari’s growth from apprentice to Prima. After Akari successfully achieves the Prima rank, Alicia retires from active undine work, marries an unnamed individual, and becomes the Managing Director of the Gondola Association. Her title of Snow White is later made an honorary title known as Immortalita, recognizing her lasting contributions to the undine profession. Through her patience, wisdom, and love for the simple beauty of Neo-Venezia, Alicia leaves a profound legacy that continues to inspire those around her.
